Return Policy

This is the return policy, here you can find what to do in a less favorable situation. If you want to return, exchange, cancel, or adjust (an) order (information), no problem darling, we got you!

We have a link to our request form at the bottom of this page. Fill it in to request one of these actions to be taken. Note that we are a small company and process our requests manually. It may take up to 2 days to reach your request.

Please be on time with your request and wait for a mail telling you that your request has been approved with follow-up information. Especially if you are going to send an item back to us.

Returns

Upon receiving your order you have 14 days to reconsider. After 14 days the purchase is final and you cannot return the items anymore. We refund the purchase price; this includes the shipping cost you paid. The cost of sending the order back to us is at your own expense.

Adjust

Did you make a mistake when you ordered? You can adjust the following when your order has not been made yet:

- Your address;
- Your contact information;
- Products size;
- Change an item size or color
- Replace an item with another of the same price.

If your order has been shipped you can only change your address and contact information. Shipped packages with the wrong address and packages the courier can not deliver, will be sent back to us. Make sure you corrected your address with our form before the reshipment. Costs of the reshipment to the correct address will be at your own expense.

Be quick to submit your request form. It takes time to check and adjust your order. Once your order is shipped we can not handle item and size adjustment requests anymore.

Cancel

Have you reconsidered your choice to order from us? Cancel your order with our request form at the bottom of this page. Do take into consideration that orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. So be quick with submitting your cancelation request.

If the order has been shipped before we could handle your request it's best to wait until you received it. You can fill in the return section of our form with a note of your previous cancelation request and we refund your cost for sending the order back.

Note that we don’t do this for orders that requested cancelation after the order had been shipped. In that case, the rules of a return apply.

Defect

Upon receiving your package check the content asap. If you notice damage or defects, document this with a video or photo and send us the request form within 14 days. After 14 days your purchase is considered final. Any requests after 14 days will be invalid.

With a defective product you have two options; refund the purchase price or exchange for an item of the same price. Unless the item is damaged by wearing or usage, we send you an email after approving your request telling you that you can send the product back.
We refund or send a new one upon receiving the defective item.

The average answer time is 1-2 workdays.
Depending on the nature of the request the processing time may vary.

You will receive a confirmation mail that we received your request. This is not the request approval mail. After we adjusted your order we send you a request approval mail. After that, you can send your order or item back to us.
